Terms

M.D.I. will accept Visa, Master card and Diners cards. Cash, Money order and Checks. We accept Interac at M.D.I. boutique & where MDI portables charge services are available. Please do not mail Cash money.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Orders paid by checks will be held for 10 days.

Return policy

Please read carefully as no exception will be made to this policy.
M.D.I. will be happy to accept within 30 days any returns that has not been worn, damaged, altered, decorated, labelled or discontinued items ( final sales ).

A restocking fee could be applied if the returned merchandise need to be clean or repackaged. Should you ever find that any of our products has been shipped with a fabric or manufacturing defects, please notify our Customer Service Representative and we will promptly replace it free of charge, with apologies for your inconvenience. Call prior to returning to get your approved RA#, this number must appear on the outside of the package. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.  

Samples

Call our representative for sample products. 30 days will be allowed for refund. A restocking fee could apply if the returned merchandise needs to be cleaned or repackaged.

Shipping fees

Free shipping for all orders placed at the school, on order day, that will be shipped to the school. A minimum of 50% deposit is required on all orders, the balance is payable upon receipt of merchandise. Full payment will be required for other orders to be shipped that was not taken on order day.
